PEF with 7 representatives from local organizations convened the ASEAN Civil Society Conference and ASEAN People Forum (ACSC/APF) 2023 at Atmajaya University Indonesia in 1-3 September 2023. There were over 800 CSOs from 11 countries. PEF had taken local networks from various backgrounds such as labor, sex workers, ethnic and minority groups, women, youth, migrant workers and refugees participating in the regional event. During the event, there were representatives from civil societies, academia and AICHR came together for discussion on the perspective of ASEAN people.
